Kildare Circuit Court - Notice of Adjournment - January 2021

The County Registrar’s Civil Motion/Repossession Court scheduled for the 18th January 2021 has been adjourned to the 15th February 2021.

For consent Orders the parties should submit to the County Registrar in advance of the Court an e-mail to naascourtoffice@courts.ie - setting out the terms agreed.  The County Registrar will make an order in the agreed terms.

An Order will issue in the usual way.
